AMC, Utah’s largest apartment management company has an opening for a Leasing Agent position. The leasing agent will be responsible for completing lease forms and agreements, collectin rental deposits, collection of monthly rents, ensuring the "model" apartments are ready for show, assist the manager in collection of delinquent rents and processing of all administrative forms and reports. Other responsibilities will include maintaining all property and resident files as well as play an active role in the lease renewal process. Qualifications: Previous sales and customer service experience. Bi-lingual spanish/english is a plus. Must be willing to work 4 days per week including Saturdays.
